Illiana Cadet Council Illiana Cadet Council is an organization of 21 Cadet clubs in the south Chicagoland area and northwest Indiana. The Council organizes events for the member clubs and acts as a liaison to the CCC headquarters located in Grand Rapids Michigan on behalf of the clubs.
