Home | Somerset County Local Management Board Empowering children youth families what we do The Somerset County Local Management Board is a nonprofit organization that serves as the local coordinator and planning entity for programs for children youth and families. By analyzing demographic data and communicating with both key informants and members of the community SCLMB works to assess the most pressing problems facing local children and families. As a result we are able to generate the resources and implement programs to meet those needs. What weve been working on.
