Hello neighbors The Northern Liberties Neighbors Association is the engine at the heart of our neighborhood. We bring neighbors together and advocate for the community. LATEST ANNOUNCEMENTS WHAT THE NLNA DOES FOR YOU Maintains Liberty Lands a community owned greenspace serving the neighborhood with a playground picnic area community garden composting and events. Provides a voice to neighbors on new developments and zoning changes through the Zoning Committee which makes recommendations to city agencies.
