Core Values Our Story Liberty Leadership Academy is the brainchild of Director Rachel Dubien who founded Liberty Performing Arts in Cottonwood in 2013. In addition to her background and experience in teaching dance Rachel is a seasoned elementaryschool teacher who believes that enhancing an academically rigorous curriculum with performing arts will positively impact academic success and leadership skills.
