Oregon is ranked second in the country for the fewest pharmacies per capita, making it difficult for Oregonians to get the medications they need. That’s why it’s so important that the legislature protect the use of contract pharmacies in the 340B program. This week, the Senate passed HB 2385-B, helping protect Oregonian’s ability to get 340B program medications at community pharmacies close to home. The bill now heads to the House for a concurrence vote. We urge the legislature to pass this bill. https://oregonhospitals.org/publication/senate-passes-340b-bill/ (fb)

Oregon's hospitals thank the Oregon Senate for passing HB 2385 B. The 340B program protects access to medications for low-income Oregonians, especially in rural areas. Thank you State Senator Deb Patterson, Senator Wlnsvey Campos, and Senator Lisa Reynolds for advocating for this vital program. (fb)
