About Us AIR Animal Investigation and Response Animal Investigation and Response AIR is a 501c3 animal protection organization that assists law enforcement animal control agencies and communities with animal abuse related issues such as puppy mills and animal hoarding as well as disaster relief. Texas Tough Based in Texas Animal Investigation and Response was formed by two certified animal cruelty investigators who saw a need to help connect agencies with strategies and resources to investigate as well as provide aid for situations that exceed the scope of a communitys reach. Upcoming Events April 16th 900 AM 1200 PM April 16th 200 PM 500 PM Our Mission Animal Investigation and Responses mission is to connect law enforcement animal control and communities with strategies and resources to assist with large scale cases of animal abuse. It is also our mission to provide skilled and certified resources for disaster response needs.
