Our Mission Arts Activism Dedicated to building supporting and cultivating opportunities for Native Black Brown and Indigenous peoples through cultural arts and activism. Intertribal Cultural Corridor Indigenous Roots in partnership with artists cultural groups residents businesses and organizations in Dakota land area known as Kap oza Daytons Bluff Neighborhood and the City of Saint Paul recognize and are working together to develop the 7th Street Cultural Corridor and the Intercultural Mural Corridor also known as the Intertribal Cultural Corridor. Community Love As a fulltime and nearly lifetime Saint Paul Eastsidebased artist Indigenous Roots Cultural Arts Center has been a gift the space itself is an artistic home and their staff and artists have been creative partners and collaborators. For so many years I have had to travel across the river to participatemakesee art and having IRCAC in our communities means that I can participatemakesee art closer to home.
