The award recipient will be honored at the UHF Gala on Monday evening October 6 at Cipriani 42nd Street. The Distinguished Community Service Award is a prestigious juried award established by UHF in 1987 which annually recognizes an individual whose exceptional and voluntary leadership of a specific initiative is improving health and health care in the New York metropolitan area.
