Health Resource Center of Cincinnati, Inc. | Home Mental Health Services Counseling Support Physical HealthWellness Welcome to the HRC The Health Resource Center of Cincinnati Inc. also known as the HRC is a nurse managed clinic providing affordable health care for lowincome indigent and homeless adults and transitional youth with serious and chronic mental emotional behavioral andor substance use disorders. We provide safety net social and mental health services including psychiatric pharmacological and psychotherapeutic services as well as episodic health care medical services. Our offices in the IKRON building are conveniently located near the OverTheRhine residential community and the neighborhoods surrounding the University of Cincinnati.
