Today in #Sikh History: One of the most pivotal battles in Sikh history, the Battle of Chapar Cheri, occurred near Sirhind on this date in 1710. Led by Baba Banda Singh Bahadar, the Sikhs engaged in a fierce battle and emerged victorious against the tyrannical governor of Panjab, Wazir Khan.
