Culpepper Garden – Affordable housing and services for seniors in Arlington County housing and services for seniors in Arlington County In the heart of Arlington on five beautiful acres filled with mature trees flowering shrubs and colorful perennials Culpepper Garden is an awardwinning nonprofit retirement community specifically designed to provide security comfort and affordable quality living for people age 62 and older. Our 100 affordable senior living community includes both independentliving and assistedliving apartments. Our location offers easy access to public transportation and shopping restaurants health care religious services and parks and libraries. Our residents reflect the areas rich and engaging diversity.
