Children become vulnerable when biological parents are faced with poverty drug and alcohol addiction mental illness incarceration and overall lack of support making it difficult for them to do the most important job of their lives Raise healthy kids. Our Story Justice For Orphans was founded in 2012 by Sandra Flach and Mary Slager. These adoptive and foster moms were wrecked by the global orphan crisis and the national foster care crisisand the churchs lack of response to it.
