Important Announcement! Galactic camp will be hosting their annual convention aboard the USS Hornet Museum this weekend, May 24 - May 26th. The museum will be open to regular visitors during normal operating hours, 10 AM - 5 PM. On 5/24 & 5/25, due to the special event, admission will be $50 due to the convention festivities. The USS Hornet Museum is the Bay Areas Premiere Ship Museum Come aboard and learn about this great ships legacy from World War II through the Vietnam War and culminating with the recovery of the Apollo 11 and 12 astronauts the first two sets of astronauts to walk on the Moon. Museum Hours Open Friday through Monday 10AM 5PM Last entry at 4PM Closed TuesdaysWednesdays Thursdays. Closed New Years Thanksgiving and Christmas Days. How to Get to the Museum Plan Your Visit Tickets Admission Entry from the pier is via the first gangway.
