South Yuba River Citizens League • SYRCL South Yuba River Citizens League Keeping Current Our latest Events Projects News and Issues Featured News 2025 State of the Yuba April 23 Join the South Yuba River Citizens League SYRCL on Wednesday April 23 at the annual State of the Yuba address at the Gold Vibe Kombuchary in Grass Valley. State of the Yuba is SYRCLs free open to the public report to the watershed community. Its also an invitation to take action for the river. Each spring since 2013 in celebration of the Yuba River watershed SYRCL hosts State of the Yuba.
