La Corporacion surge como resultado de las necesidades que los ciudadanos envejecientes y con impedimentos entre otros que tienen para adquirir equipo medico para tener un intercesor que velara yo orientara sobre sus derechos como ciudadano. Ademas de poder contar con un centro que en su totalidad recibiera de manera gratuita los servicios de cuidado prolongado y en asistir a la poblacion sin hogar de esta poblacion en desventaja economica.
