Cancer Community Clubhouse
Join us to experience ultimate relaxation with a restorative sound bath by Wyatt on Saturday, August 16 at 4pm at the CCC Clubhouse (546 Greenbrae Dr). During a live sound bath, participants relax to the balancing vibrations of gongs and quartz crystal bowls. The benefits of participating in a sound bath for a cancer survivor may include reduced anxiety, an opportunity to process unresolved emotions, release of tension in the body, and gaining focus and clarity.
