Studies show that the mental traits measured by these worksamples are inherited or determined so early in life that they do not change after puberty. MORE ABOUT AIMS AIMS benefits from the diverse talents and the varied experiences of its staff. Senior administrators are responsible for the development of the AIMS test battery and the uniquecomprehensive interpretation system used to pinpoint the best fields for each examinee to pursue.
