Our members work to develop strategies and share knowledge to defend the trucking industry in personal injury property damage workers compensation and cargo claims while advocating on behalf of the industrys interests. The Cargo Skills Course Seminar provided an excellent practical workshop on the importance of preparing trucking company corporate designees for deposition and the approaches and tactics of plaintiffs attorneys.
