Home - Maggie Walker Community Land Trust Welcome Home Maggie WalkerCommunity Land Trust The Maggie Walker Community Land Trust MWCLT seeks to develop and steward permanently affordable housing opportunities to foster racially equitable communities in Richmond Henrico and Chesterfield Virginia. We are an alternative homeownership program that uses the Community Land Trust model. Our model helps people attain homeownership goals while keeping their homes affordable for other families in the future. Upcoming events 2025 Online Information Sessions Online information sessions will resume starting January 14th 2025.
