Community Outreach and Engagement is a critical element to providing services to those in the professional field and those with Parkinsons disease. PD is the fastestgrowing neurological disease with an estimated 15000 people in North Texas living with the disease. Acadia39s sponsorship supports DAPS efforts to educate and provide important information and resources for the specific needs of individuals with PD and their care partners.
