BREAKING NEWS January 14 2025 COUNCIL SURPRISES PUBLIC ONCE AGAIN WITH A RESOLUTION FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING. WE HAD BEEN ASKING AT EVERY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING SINCE OCTOBER 8 2024 FOR THEIR WORK PLAN AND SCHEDULE INCLUDING PUBLIC COMMENT TO MEET THE JANUARY 31 2025 DEADLINE. ESPECIALLY SINCE THE TOWN COUNCIL IN 2020 RETAINED TOPOLOGY THE FIRM THAT IS PROOVERDEVELOPMENT AND THAT HAS BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN IDENTIFYING OUR ENTIRE TOWN AS AN AREA IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AND IDENTIFYING AREAS IN NEED OF REDEVELOPMENT.
