For over 30 years Womens Health Services has been committed toproviding safe skilled compassionate care to all seeking abortion services. Despite the restrictions on reproductive healthcare in other parts of the country abortion is protected in Massachusetts through 24 weeks of pregnancy. We provide Medical Abortions from 6 to 11 weeks and Surgical Abortions from 6 through 24 weeks. Surgical abortions can be performed with anesthesia including local anesthesia conscious sedation or full anesthesia.
