Recipients must have at least ten years of service and have contributed significantly to the development of dance teams at their respective levels. They are honored annually at the NDCA Conference Gala & Awards Ceremony.

• Judging Credential Program: This program trains and certifies dance team adjudicators, offering online coursework and virtual meetings. It is designed for both aspiring and experienced judges, coaches, and choreographers, aiming to enhance skills in scoring, feedback, and recognizing artistic and technical elements.

• Annual Conference: The NDCA hosts an annual conference that brings together coaches nationwide to improve their skills, share ideas, and network. The conference includes various sessions and workshops to support professional growth within the dance team community.

Membership and Partnerships
