Our Mission MIFFS is a statewide nonprofit with a mission to connect beginning and historically underserved farmers to each other and resources opportunities ensuring social justice environmental stewardship and profitability. Our Work We leverage strategic highly collaborative partnerships to create and enable networks of smallscale urban and rural farms that give rise to a resilient local food system. MIFFS aggregates resource opportunities from Michigan regional and national organizations and networks that are specifically chosen to support the people we serve.

AFT is excited to share a new Nationwide Farm Link Finder-an online directory to help agricultural landowners and farmers find a farm link program in their region. This is one tool developed as part of AFT's Land Transfer Navigator project which is supported by USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service. The Nationwide Farm Link Finder includes a clickable map and filters to help landowners and farm seekers find a program that meets their needs.
