TriState Dharma is an organization designed to promote the study and practice of Insight Meditation in the Buddhist Theravadin tradition. The organization is centered in the geographic areas of Ohio Kentucky and Indiana. We bring teachings on Insight Meditation to the public by sponsoring retreats and other related activities throughout the year. TriState Dharma also seeks to foster sangha a sense of community and companionship among the practitioners at its scheduled gatherings.
