THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY STRENGTHENING ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY, BEING AN ADVOCATE AND UNIFYING VOICE, INFORMING PHILANTHROPIC GIVING, AND CONDUCTING RESEARCH AND PLANNING TO DEMONSTRATE RELEVANCE AND IMPACT.
