Adams Street Foundation Adams Street Foundation Founded in 2008 the Adams Street Foundation funds and implements highquality individualized programming and counseling for lowincome underserved high school students to prepare them for success in college and career. As the nonprofit affiliate of the Urban Assembly School for Law Justice ASF serves its students the majority of whom live near or below the poverty line and will be the first in their family to go to college by integrating precollege enrichment and college and career preparationinto the schools curriculum.
