A Big Thank You to our Partners at Financial Plus Credit Union and Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis Today, Financial Plus Credit Union awarded $110,000 in total funding to Metro Community Development to support a new housing project in Flint. The funding includes a $100,000 grant awarded through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis as well as an additional $10,000 donation from Financial Plus. The grant will support Metro's modular home development program in the Met Hills neighborhood, covering the remaining costs needed to complete the project.
