🚨 SEMA Statement on CA EV Mandate Waiver Vote 🚨 This week, the U.S. Senate will vote on S.J. Res. 45, a resolution to overturn California’s EV mandate waiver. Here’s what’s at stake ⬇️ California’s Advanced Clean Cars II regulation doesn’t just affect California — 11 other states are following its lead, representing nearly 40% of the U.S. population. ⚠️ This EV mandate threatens: ❌ Over 330,000 American jobs ❌ More than $100 billion in economic impact ❌ The freedom to choose what vehicle you drive The automotive aftermarket — made up of small, innovative businesses — will be hit hardest.
