Helping Kids Changing Lives Our mission at UnitedHealthcare Childrens Foundation is to provide medical grants that enhance the quality of life for children across the United States. These grants give kids the care they need by helping with medical expenses not covered or not fully covered by their familys commercial health insurance. Granting hope for families UnitedHealthcare Childrens Foundation UHCCF grants allow families to focus on what really matters their childs wellbeing. Thats why we strive to award 3500 grants each year to families across the United States.
