Exchange Club Family Support Center is one of more than 70 separate organizations that have been established by the National Exchange Club as part of its National Project in conjunction with local Exchange Club service organizations in each community. The Exchange Club Center in Downey was incorporated in 1990 and officially opened April 1 1991.
