Helping families today for a brighter tomorrow Exchange Club Family Support CenterDowney CA About Us Exchange Club Family Support Center is committed to strengthening families and preventing child abuse through parentaide and parenting education services. Exchange Club Family Support Center is one of more than 70 separate organizations that have been established by the National Exchange Club as part of its National Project in conjunction with local Exchange Club service organizations in each community. The Exchange Club Center in Downey was incorporated in 1990 and officially opened April 1 1991. Announcements Pinwheels for Prevention This April we are once again grateful for the opportunity to partner with Pinwheels for Prevention during Child Abuse Prevention Month.
