Meagan's Legacy Meagan39s Legacy A Special Cowgirl Meagans Legacy Meagans Legacy is a 501c3 public charity Celebrating her LIFE Providing SCHOLARSHIPS and Advocating to ELIMINATE Impaired Driving We celebrate Meagans life each and every day by sharing memories and telling her story. Each August we hold a Memorial to raise money to fund scholarships that are awarded through Piedmont Education Trust Georgia High School Rodeo Association Mesalands Community College and The National High School Rodeo Foundation. Our new Student Volunteer Program awarded 15000 in Scholarships in 2017 and 2018. Meagans parents continue to speak to community and school groups as well as at Victims Impact Panels to increase awareness about the dangers of impaired driving.
