Lakeridge Association Lakeridge Association United in creating a better community OUR COMMUNITY Lakeridge Association The Lakeridge Association is a volunteer membership not for profit organization. The Association has annual membership dues that assist in maintaining the common use areas of the Association. Members have annual access to the lake 12 mile walkable pathway around thelake pavilion area and recreational facilities of the Association. To be eligible for membership your household must reside within the boundaries of the resubdivision map.
