With the right technology early intervention and loving instruction deaf and hardofhearing children can achieve what once seemed impossiblethey can learn to listen and speak. Spokane HOPE is the only program in eastern Washington offering this vital teaching from birth through preschool ensuring children have the opportunity to thrive during their most critical developmental years. By gaining the ability to hear and speak our students are empowered to chase their dreams and make a meaningful impact on the world around them.
