The founder and executive director of CCCO is Laurie Gallo, who holds a Master of Arts in Career Counseling. She brings over 20 years of experience as a vocational rehabilitation counselor, empowering clients with diverse challenges to lead more independent lives. The team includes specialists such as Anthony Medina, who serves as the Director of Operations and holds a credential as a Work Incentives Practitioner (WIP), and Nathan Young, an Employment Specialist focused on job development and consumer empowerment.

Programs and Services

• Career Development: CCCO provides assessments to set employment objectives tailored to each client's capabilities and limitations.
• Job Training and Placement: The organization facilitates job training and guides clients through the job application process.
• Work Incentives Assistance: CCCO helps individuals who are SSI/SSDI beneficiaries make informed choices about the impact of employment on public benefits.
