Born just seconds apart and once patients at Phoenix Children’s, triplets Sela, Ari, and Alex are now “Playing it Forward.” Today, on Rowyn’s birthday, Just Seconds Apart released a heartfelt song written and recorded just for her — a beautiful act of kindness and connection from three former patients using their voices to uplift others. Their journey began in our NICU, and now they’re turning their story into something bigger: a tribute filled with hope, creativity, and compassion. Happy Birthday, Rowyn!
