Join Us for the 2025 Music Makers Spring Concert Sunday, May 18 at 3:00 PM | Madison Youth Arts Center Come celebrate nearly 100 young musicians as WYSO Music Makers presents its Spring Concert, a joyful showcase of learning, creativity, and community. The performance will include culminating works from all Music Makers classes, including: • General Music Classes (making their performance debut!) • Strings Group Classes (Dolce, Vivace, Allegro, Presto, Forte) • Violin, Viola & Cello Group Classes • Guitar Classes (Elizabeth Cotten, B.B. King, Paco de Lucía & more) • Folk & Creative Ensembles The concert will open with a Solfège-based performance by our General Music Classes, marking the first time these students take the stage. The program will also feature the Forte Advanced Strings Group, recently seen performing with the Madison Symphony Orchestra at their Symphony Soup concert, performing movements from works by Rieding and David Stone, unconducted. This is WYSO at full power.
