For 25 years we have provided CRAqualified permanent financing to 301 properties across 8 states. Years of Operation Properties Financed Average AMI Served Cities across the USA BUILDING COMMUNITIES RMCRC is a private 501c3 nonprofit supported by Utahs banking community dedicated to increasing access to credit for low and moderateincome communities. RMCRC offers technical assistance to customers and investors as well as underwriting originating and servicing of commercial loans for affordable housing and community development projects.
