"[Fathers Matter] is making a difference." Timmy Smith is the coordinator for our Fathers Matter program, a class focused on teaching dads in our Muskegon community what it means to be a nurturing father. Working with anywhere from 2 to 10 men at a time, Timmy walks alongside fathers to show them how to overcome fear and unhealthy habits and confidently step into fatherhood to lead their homes and families in love. Timmy loves to make sure there is a snack or meal for the fathers at each class session. "We really have a great time," he says.
