Second Chance Through Faith Second Chance Through Faith Empowering AtRisk Youth for a Brighter Future Gang Intervention Prevention Welcome to Second Chance Through Faith SCTF a gang intervention and prevention program designed for atrisk youth and juveniles aged 1221. Our program is focused on building a foundation of faith to prevent introduction to gang violence and to provide transitional assistance for juveniles. Our primary mission is to offer 1on1 mentorship Bible studies and engaging activities to prevent gang violence criminal offenses drugalcohol addiction and underage sexual activities. We believe that by providing a safe and supportive environment we can equip our youth with the skills and resources needed to make positive choices and lead successful lives.
