06 May 2025: Houston Christ Memorial Lutheran Church Rampers built another ramp for our North Houston friend with a walker. Thank you to TRP org., all volunteers, the foundations who fund these projects. Today, we welcomed Physical Therapy Students & their Teacher from Houston Women's Hospital! They see the results of Phy. Therapy (P.T.); the importance of independence. This gave them a real example of using a ramp with a walker or wheelchair; people's limitations and learning different procedures of mobility: going up & down the ramp. 2025 Grant Funding Last year, our community pledged over $365,000 in funds for this year's grants. We provided $275,000 in grant funds and distributed them to 14 nonprofit agencies in Cooke County. These agencies reach individuals and families to provide assistance with a focus on health, education, and financial stability.
