About Harris Resources Foundation About the Foundation Mission Statement Enhancing the lives of children and adults served by Harris County Resources for Children and Adults through funding and other support services. Who We Are The Harris Resources Foundation is a notfor profit 501c3 formed in 1987 to benefit children adults and families who are clients of Harris County Resources for Children and Adults. Since its inception the Harris Resources Foundation has focused its efforts on projects that expand or enhance services to atrisk youth abused and neglected children vulnerable adults and families in Harris County. Over the years children and adults have benefited from the generosity of the Foundation and its supporters.
