Join us at the Water Conservation Garden for a FREE workshop to learn solutions for watershed protection, perfect for backyard gardens to large-scale ranches. 🌱🐎 Solana Center Educator Deanna Milton and special guest Craig Kolodge, PhD, CPESC, will share real-world strategies, including lessons from a composting case study at Ramona’s International Equestrian Center. Topics include: • Mid-scale windrow composting • Compost socks & blankets • Water catchment basins • Native plantings for erosion control 🌎 Stick around for a tour of the Garden’s own watershed protection features.
