We Are #OverbrookProud Home Welcome to Overbrook. Established in 2018 We are Overbook West Neighbors OWN a community development corporationserving the Overbrook community of West Philadelphia. We are a partnership of concerned community stakeholders neighbors business leaders faith leaders everyone Overbrook all working together to keep our Overbrook neighborhood safe clean and organized. Our target area is bordered by 56th Street east 63rd Street west Lancaster Avenue north and Lansdowne Avenue south.
