Wednesday afternoon we held our quarterly All Staff Meeting in the Chapel on the Wabash Campus, it was a great time of fellowship and connection with each other and the mission! A special thank you to our guest speaker, Brad Merchant, Lead Pastor at Wabash Friends Church, for speaking on 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 and to RemedyLIVE for sharing with us a valuable resource for supporting individuals in crisis. Over the course of this year, we're featuring individuals from within our organization as well as those from surrounding communities who have supported us and helped continue Josiah White's vision and legacy! This week we are featuring Jere Johnson, Healthcare Partnership Executive, Strategic Enrollment & Partnerships for IWU-National & Global. Jere reflected on legacy and his memories of Josiah White's over the years. Thank you, Jere, for your continued partnership! "Josiah White's (formerly White's Institute) has influenced my life over many years. My oldest brother worked there after college, and I had the opportunity to see first-hand the work he was doing. God was using his talents to impact young lives for the better. As I started coaching basketball, my team played White's. The games were hard fought, but I would watch over time how their young men would play and conduct themselves on the court. I was always impressed by how they competed each year." (fb)
