Our mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of supportprofessional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and life. What We Do Dress for Success Quad Cities is a nonprofit serving women in the greater Quad Cities area by providing job search and career development services as well as professional attire for interviews. Our objective is to create lasting change by equipping women in the Quad Cities area with the resources and ongoing support needed to obtain and retain jobs that bring economic stability to their lives ultimately building skilled leaders in our community. We work collaboratively with many other organizations community groups colleges and nonprofit agencies throughout the Quad Cities to reach and empower more women each year.
