The company vision is currently led by Dr. Margaret Carlson former principal dancer for the original Cleveland Ballet and Richard Dickinson MFA former Ohio Ballet dancer. OCBallet seeks to engage top dancers and choreographers that reflect diverse backgrounds across the country and globe.
