A nonprofit organization established in the state of Georgia in 1989 The Heritage Foundation provides prevention education intervention and treatment services throughout southwest Georgia. OUR EVolution Originally founded to promote positivity in the lives of African Americans The Heritage Foundation broadened our focus in 1994 after discovering far more deeplyrooted generational psychosocial and behavioral issues plaguing the family unit.
