Good Life Community Development A NEW WAY OF HELPING Our proactive work meets needs before they become a crisis empowers individuals to experience longlasting life stability supports organizations and creates a more equitable and healthy community. We empower individuals to fix the roof while the sun is still shining so they can weather any storm STABILITY COACHING PROGRAM Our team leveraged decades of human services experience to develop a unique Stability Coaching Program providing households with support and tools to realize goals and cultivate areas of strength. Each household is paired with a Stability Coach who works stepbystep through the six phases of our program as a collaborator advocate and mentor until Assets of Stability score as stable. IDENTIFY Individuals atrisk are referred through community partnerships ASSESS We evaluate stability using our proprietary Stability Assessment tool ROADMAP Using Stability Assessment results we create a unique three to twelvemonth roadmap COACH Good Life team members meet regularly with clients to provide education resources and opportunities TOOLKIT A stability tool kit is established with skills and networks needed for longterm success STABILITY Completion of program occurs when our Stability Assessment measures all areas of life as stable Nebraskas motto is The Good Life Our goal is to make certain everyone who calls Lincoln home has the opportunity to experience it.
