We plant care for and protect trees in the national capital region. In 2001 Washington DCs tree canopy covered just 35 of the city. Over the years weve made significant progress planting more than 60000 trees and setting an ambitious goal to achieve 40 canopy by 2032. Through innovative programs and community partnerships were working tirelessly to create a greener healthier DC for generations to come.
